Snetch – User Data Deletion
This User Data Deletion Policy explains how SC INNEVO GROUP SRL (“Snetch”, “we”, “us”, “our”) processes the removal of personal data when you use the Snetch mobile application and related services (“the App” or “the Service”).
We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), the ePrivacy Directive, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Meta’s (Facebook) Platform Terms, and all applicable Romanian data protection laws. We provide a transparent and easy process for users to request the permanent deletion of their data.

2. SCOPE & AGE RESTRICTION
This policy applies to all personal data collected through the Snetch App, the website https://snetchapp.com, and Third-Party login providers (Facebook, Google, Apple). Snetch is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and above.
3. TYPES OF DATA DELETED
Upon a valid deletion request, we permanently remove or anonymize:
• Account and Profile Data: Names, email addresses, and internal user identifiers.
• Third-Party Data: Authentication tokens and profile information retrieved via Facebook, Google, or Apple Login.
• Gameplay and Transaction Data: Records of Pickpocketing Sessions, interaction logs, and in-app balances.
• Device and Technical Data: Mobile device IDs, IP addresses, and performance logs.
• Account and Profile Data: Names, email addresses, and internal user identifiers.
• Third-Party Data: Authentication tokens and profile information retrieved via Facebook, Google, or Apple Login.

4. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING & LEGAL BASES
We process your deletion request to fulfill our contractual obligations to you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to comply with your right to erasure under Art. 17 GDPR and CCPA. 5. CONFIRMATION OF DELETION
5. LOCATION DATA – SPECIAL CONDITIONS
As specified in our GDPR Policy, your precise real-time location is not stored after your Session ends. This policy ensures the removal of any remaining cached location markers.
6. PROCESSING TIME AND STATUTORY RETENTION
Immediate Action: Your account is immediately deactivated upon request.
Completion Window: We complete the permanent deletion of active profile data within thirty (30) days.
Statutory Retention: Per our Privacy Policy (Section 9), certain data (financial transaction records) may be retained for up to sixty (60) months to comply with Romanian tax or legal requirements. During this period, the data is isolated from further processing ("vaulted").

7. DATA SHARING & RECIPIENTS
We notify our service providers (Processors) such as Google Firebase and AWS to ensure your data is purged according to our Data Processing Agreements.
8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Deletion commands are transmitted internationally. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your data is handled securely during this process.
9. HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION (YOUR RIGHTS)
Method A: Third-Party Login Revocation
If you used a social account, you should also revoke access at the provider level to stop future data sharing:
• Facebook Users: Go to Facebook Profile > Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites. Find Snetch and click Remove.
• Google Users: Go to your Google Account Settings > Security > Third-party apps with account access. Select Snetch and click Remove Access.
• Apple Users: On your iPhone/iPad, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Password & Security > Apps Using Apple ID. Select Snetch and tap Stop Using Apple ID.

1. Open the Snetch App.
2. Navigate to User Profile / Settings.
3. Select Delete Account. Confirming this will trigger the 30-day deletion process across all our systems.

Email contact@snetchapp.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." Please provide your registered email address.

10. SECURITY MEASURES DURING DELETION
We implement TLS/SSL encryption and identity verification to ensure that deletion requests are legitimate.
11. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING & PROFILING
We do not use automated decision-making to process or deny deletion requests.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law. Material changes will be notified within the App.
